Welcome to U-Brew Centre
For twenty-three years U-Brew Centre has been offering Sudbury residents the chance to bottle their own wine and coolers.
Initially, when the business opened in 1987, it was the first business in Sudbury and one of the first in Ontario, that allowed customers to have the opportunity to brew their own beer.
Today, as trends have changed, the demand for beer making has virtually disappeared and wine making has become the main focus of the business.
Joyce and Tim Nolan purchased U-Brew in August of 2001 and have expanded their product lines in order to bring their customers wine from virtually every wine growing region in the world. Today U-Brew Centre is the exclusive supplier of Winexpert Wine kits. These are available in over 100 varieties and made from grapes from all points of the world.
U-Brew Centre also offers the Island Mist line of fruit wines as well as wine coolers. They are available in eight different flavours including Vinoka Ice which is similar to the popular Schmirnoff Ice.
U-Brew Centre has plenty of space to make and bottle wine. There are 3 bottling stations complete with corkers, and a bottle washing & sanitizing area for people who wish to reuse their bottles. U-brew Centre can easily accommodate groups who wish to make a variety of wines and share.
